HappiNest ships orders using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Processing Orders & Shipping
Due to a high volume of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed. At this time, we are unable to fulfill expedited shipping or pickup requests. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We look forward to making HappiNest a part of your kitchen!
Shipping Area
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States (48 states). This excludes Alaska and Puerto Rico.
HappiNest does not ship to Hawaii or internationally; however, our products are available on Amazon in Hawaii, Europe, and Canada.
Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers will make three delivery attempts. If a package is undeliverable after three attempts, it will be returned to HappiNest.
If this occurs, please contact us at support@happi-nest.com to arrange for reshipment.
Cancelled Orders
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please notify our customer service before 2:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed.
To request a cancellation, contact support@happi-nest.com and include your order number in your request.
