This is a fantastic set of air fryer accessories - but it's not necessarily one I would have picked up if not reviewing for Vine as some of this package I would never use. This is mainly the skewers and rack (although we did knock up some chicken skewers for my daughter for testing!).
Everything here does feel well made and not just a cheap, thrown together item. The liner is easily the best one we've ever used. I have never been able to properly hand wash a silicone liner that's been used for cooking meat in the past and have always resorted to the dishwasher. This one seems to have a smooth finish that makes it so much easier to clean.
The 'over mitts' though small are great. So much easier than using a pair of forks to pull a piping hot silicone liner out of the fryer!
So while I don't think I personally would justify the price on the items I need from this set - if they seem worth it to you I can vouch for their quality.
I'm impressed with the quality of this set as silicone baskets can be a bit hit and miss when it comes to quality with baskets being too flismy, loosing their shape or sides of the baskets bending inwards when they heat up but the silicone on these baskets are thick, 0.2cm thick to be exact. Thicker baskets make them much easier to wash by hand but they also hold their shape better too and the shape of these baskets don't warp when they get hot.
It's a well made and well designed set with the food divider and the racks proving to be very useful as food can sit below the rack allowing me to cook twice as much in one go but the one thing I don't like about silicone baskets is whilst they make the job of cleaning much easier they aren't the best when it comes to wanting to crisp food so having the rack is really useful for this.
I initially ordered the Air Fryer Accessories 8 pcs Set for our air fryer, but it turned out to be a tad too large. However, it fits perfectly in my son's air fryer, and he's been extremely pleased with it. The set includes silicone liners, a rack, skewers, tongs, and oven mitts, all of which enhance the air frying experience.
He particularly appreciates the reduced cleanup time, thanks to the silicone liners, and the ability to cook more food simultaneously using the rack and skewers. The quality of the accessories is impressive, and they are easy to use and maintain.
This set is a fantastic addition to any compatible air fryer, providing both convenience and functionality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make the most out of their air-frying
We have two air fryers - a proper ninja and then a cheaper smaller version. Its useful having tongs for both and the square shape liners fit the ninja air fryer really well. The racks are useful for cooking large batches of different items, as we often use both drawers already so this adds a little more upper space if needed. Box was plain and unclear as to item until I opened it so as a gift it needs a better printed box. It would also be good to include a leaflet with the ways to best use the items included. Use hot soapy water on silicone to get a better clean generally and make sure you wash before first use. Its a useful little addition to the air fryer family for us - thank you.
I am a reasonably new air fryer owner, and I got these to fit my particular square shape air fryer.
In this set you get a brush for oil, a silicon basket, two racks, some tongs and a heat proof grabber. So if you’ve got a Cosori or a similar air fryer this set will really get you started. I find that using the silicon baskets daily means I am washing the actual air fryer baskets much less often, and as a result I am sure I am prolonging the life of my appliance. I use the brush to brush on a very little oil to the food, and then pop the food in the silicon baskets , and then cook. When I’m done I just throw the silicon baskets in the dishwasher. So simple. You can also wash them by hand if you prefer. The ridges at the base of the baskets helps to drain the oil from the food too which is a bonus. This set is well manufactured and nice quality. I can happily recommend it.
I've been putting off getting silicone liners for my single large drawer air fryer but the current base insert isn't great and when you want to do things that gives off a lot of grease (like sausages), it's so hard to clean the grease out of all the metal holes.
So the silicone basket is a better ideal as it's much easier to wipe and clean.
I also really like the metal lifts as well which means I can now do two layers of food in the on drawer ie chips on the base and meat on the top.
Size wise, it's not quite the full size of my drawer which is the only negative ie it fits in a 10" but is an 1" smaller so you do lose some space.
I'm also not sure on how silicone will conduct the heat and crisp the food up compared to the metal so will try a few things and update my review if it doesn't work well enough
The other tools are handy as well and although we wouldn't use the skewers, they would be good for some people doing kebabs.
